Raw Vegan Casserole:
the base – 3 tomatoes, 2-3 Zucchini shredded, 3 fingers of Fresh Turmeric shredded, 1 White Onion, 3 tablespoons Virgin Olive Oil, 2 teaspoons of Real Salt, mix well.
Sauce in the blender – 1 small or 1/2 big cauliflower-only the tiny edges, 3 cloves of garlic, 1 1/2 teaspoon of Real Salt, 8 tablespoons of olive oil. blend till very liquid, than slowly add up to 1/2 cup of pine nuts and Olive Oil if needed for smoothness of the sauce.
